Habitat

An experimental security application that inspects and efficiently catalogs nearfield devices (Bluetooth, WiFi) to determine the level of digital environment ("habitat") familiarity. For example: working from home would likely produce a high volume of events relatively physically close to specific peripherals (e.g. headphones, wifi network, keyboard, etc.) and would therefore develop a high level of familiarity (higher score). The same device being used in an airport cafe would have a very different habitat.

An extremely minimal Chrome extension I wrote to help my son watch his assigned YouTube videos without being sucked down a rabbit hole. Improves the YouTube experience by hiding all other videos, comments, and ads. Defaults the player to theatrical mode.
